Injectables, laser and skin care at five Sona clinics in Charlotte, Greensboro and Richmond.
Nurse practitioners and aesthetic nurses, open late on Thursdays and on Saturday mornings — with more than ninety of their own before-and-after results to show for it.
Ballantyne · Lake Norman · Greensboro · Glen Allen · Midlothian
Three kinds of work, five Sona clinics.
Before and after, from their own files.
Sona keep more than ninety of their own results on their site. The homepage leads with stock models instead.
Individual results vary.

A needle in your face is not a haircut.
The single most common reason someone leaves an aesthetics website without booking is that they never found out who would be treating them.
Ninety real results, behind stock models
Sona’s server holds more than ninety of their own before-and-after photographs — lips, Botox, Sculptra, CoolSculpting, SkinPen. The homepage opens on licensed stock models in circles. The proof that sells a first appointment is one click away, on a gallery page most visitors never reach.
An AI preview before a single name
The homepage invites visitors to preview procedures with an AgelessAI visualisation tool, “with zero obligation”, before it tells them who would actually treat them. The providers’ names appear on location pages, not in the first scroll where a nervous patient decides.

Five Sona clinics.
All five keep the same hours.
Meet Sandy, the front desk for five clinics.
She knows every treatment Sona offer, all five locations and the memberships. Ask her out loud — she answers in about a second.
- “Which clinic is closest to Huntersville?”
- “Can I come in on a Thursday evening?”
- “What is Restylane Kysse?”
- “What does the Diamond membership include?”
- “Book me a consultation in Greensboro.”
Demonstration only. Any appointment Sandy takes here is not placed with Sona.
The same Sandy can answer the phone.
What you just spoke to is the website half. The identical agent — same treatment knowledge, same booking rules, same voice — can be connected to a phone line to catch the calls nobody gets to.
Unanswered calls. Sandy picks up when the line rings out because the room is busy.
After hours and weekends. She answers questions and takes bookings while the doors are shut.
Overflow. When two calls arrive at once, the second one stops going to voicemail.
Nothing about your existing number changes. You keep it, you keep answering it, and Sandy only takes what you would otherwise have lost. You can listen to every call and read every booking she makes.
- Sandy gets her own numberA dedicated line, never published to your guests.
- You set the forwarding rulesBusy, no answer, or after hours — your choice, with your carrier, reversible in a minute.
- She answers what you missSame knowledge she has here. She can also hand a caller straight to a human.
- Bookings land in your systemConnected to your real diary once you say so — never before.
Turn the demo into a decision.
Everything on this page came from sonamedspa.com — your own results, your own clinics, your own memberships and hours. Nothing was invented. A 60-minute Discovery Call with Ignatius covers one front desk for five clinics — the Thursday-evening calls, the membership sign-ups — and whether it is worth doing at all.
